- Saved projects and comparisons — stored only in your own browser on your device. We do not receive them.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in this website's database on our hosting provider's servers and can be viewed only through a password-protected administration area used by KY Landmark Realty. We may also receive a copy by email.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry and help with your property search — for example to call, message or email you about projects that match your requirements. We do not sell your personal information.
Your consent and choices
We contact you only after you give consent on the enquiry form or contact us yourself. You can withdraw consent, ask what information we hold, or ask us to correct or delete it at any time by contacting us.
Sharing
With your agreement, we may share your requirement with a developer's sales team to arrange a site visit or obtain a price list. We will tell you before doing so.
Retention
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to help you, or as required by law, and then delete it.
Cookies
The website uses one essential session cookie to protect forms against misuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
